Here's a Quick Update on What Our Collin County Real Estate Market Looks Like Right Now
There were 529 new listings to hit the market this past week. That's the highest number of new listings to hit in a week since June 2024. Lots of homes coming onto the market, and we have quite a few of our own.
There were 605 price drops in Collin County this past week. That's the most number of price drops in a week since early September 2024. Lots of sellers are "chasing" the market right now.
