This pretty home is situated on the Firewheel Golf Course in Garland. I'm not familiar with that area, so I asked Alice Robison, who represented the sellers, how that price compared to other sales in the area. The home was listed for $819K and when it sold, it was the most expensive sale ever in that neighborhood.
The home didn't appraise, so the buyers made up the difference between the contract price and the appraisal, so in the end, who was right about the true value of the home, the buyer, seller, or appraiser?
