This is an excellent summation of what's happened to Princeton, right across Lake Lavon from Lucas and Fairview. Luckily, we don't have these problems, mainly because Lucas and Fairview zoning for residential is one- to two-acre minimums. But we do suffer from the traffic going through Lucas to and from Princeton and Branch across East Lucas Rd. Here's a similar video I produced with an aerial of the new construction in Princeton, and a second video I built about the bottleneck that's been created in Lucas. Unfortunately, it's only going to get worse. Just look at those Princeton homes, one right on top of another.
