Our new Grisak Group Studio is finally ready to go. All we have left to do is hide some cables. Jason and I have been working on this room for a month installing soundproofing along with quality audio and video. We're ready to get rolling! We have lots of things planned for this room. For example, I will be meeting with Lucas Mayor Dusty Kuykendall this Thursday to discuss all things Lucas. That includes the expansion of Southview and any other road changes, the Lucas Food store intersection, the new Tom Thumb and retail on Southview, the Lucas park board and things they're working on and the progress of new residential developments. You'll also have a chance to meet all of our agents and get to know them better on the personal side. And finally, I'll be bringing in real estate related trades like home warranty companies, title companies, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, builders, roofers, plumbers, etc. They'll share some of the things as homeowners you need to be aware of. We'll have these on our YouTube channel, our Facebook page, and Spotify.
