Sean Elliott, team leader of The Grisak Group, just pulled off what I call a "double pop". That's selling a home for a client in Celina (1908 St Andrews) and then helping them purchase another new home in Rockwall (2125 Clairmount). These are two completely different housing markets.
It takes a quite a bit of skill and knowledge to protect your clients in complex transactions like this, especially when they close on the same day. A lot of things have to come together just right. It takes an excellent agent to stay on top of the transactions and ensure everyone is doing their part to get the homes closed on time.
