I originally posted this home on our Facebook page on February 16th. Within a day, we had 613 views so we knew the market was going to like it as much as we did. The home took less than a month to close with no issues.
Transactions like this are fun because we often have to fight to overcome one obstacle after another even after a home goes to title. Great job Alice Robison on pricing the home, negotiating, and preparing the home for showings.
