This beautiful home was listed at $1.245 million. It required looking at quite a few homes to find this one but Jason said the buyers were patient and wonderful to work with. The buyers had tried hard to make a deal on another home, but they just couldn't come to terms. Things worked out for the best however. When they walked into this home, they immediately liked it and the transaction was very smooth. It was one of those rare cases where everything worked out right from the start.
