Per the MLS (does not include private sales), this is the 2nd highest-priced home sale in Lucas. It was listed at $3.89 Million, and we represented the seller, Ron McHam Custom Homes. We previously sold the third and eight highest-priced Lucas homes.
Earlier this year, we sold the highest-priced Fairview home listed at $4.15 Million and previously sold the fourth, fifth, sixth, and tenth-highest-priced Fairview homes.
As far as Parker, last year we sold the highest-priced home ever there. It was listed at $4.25 Million.
This is why I call Fairview, Lucas, and Parker "our wheelhouse". As listing agents, it's our job to push the sale prices up for our clients. I'm proud to say we're getting it done.
