Every once in a while we're asked to sell a property much further out than our typical area of specialization, Fairview, Lucas, and Parker, Texas. We've sold estate properties as far away as Tyler to the east of Dallas. This acreage home is in Denison to the north of Dallas and was listed at $1.1 million.
We had no idea how long it takes for a property in Denison in this price point to sell, but we were pleasantly surprised. It went under contract quickly and closed without any issues.
