I wouldn't be a bit surprised if 391 Oak Ridge in Fairview isn't our next listing to go under contract. It just hit the market today and we had 25 groups walk through the open house. It was built in 1987 but has great bones, as they say, and is on an irreplaceable, heavily wooded lot. There are no more wooded lots like this in Fairview because those were the first to sell when the town was being developed long ago. It doesn't take much imagination to envision how great this home would look with some updating. It's about 4,319 SF on an acre lot and priced at $859K. If one existed, you'd be paying at least $700K for a wooded, one acre lot without a home on it.
