222 Rockland Trail in Lucas has just closed. It was listed at $1.58 Million and we represented the sellers. Jason Grisak handled the transaction for us and did a great job for the seller during the negotiations. Once the home went under contract, the sellers had to find another home quickly. I believe Jason said they looked at 50 homes in different areas before they settled on one. That home is closing in a week or so.
