Last week, we had our Keller Williams Allen office 2025 awards presentation. I'd be lying if I said being named the #1 agent in our office of 220 agents wasn't a big deal to me personally. I don't win it every year because we have 220 great agents. But what really excites me even more is to see how our other team members performed last year, too. To have the #1 agent and #1 group in the #1 real estate office in Collin County is pretty special. As an added bonus, I ranked #2 in Collin County for home sales over $1 million, which has a population of 1.3 million people, and #1 in Fairview, Lucas, and Parker for the 25th consecutive year.
