1401 Red Oak Trail in Fairview, listed at $4.15 million, has just closed. The beautiful Transitional Spanish Revival home is another Ron McHam Custom Home creation. He's one of the premier builders in Fairview and Lucas. It's situated in Oak Meadows, one of the most prestigious developments in Fairview.
We sold this fabulous home to the seller eight years ago. Although I can't publicly disclose what the home just sold for this time around, we sold it for $2.2 million back then. That illustrates how prices have gone through the roof in the entire Fairview, Lucas, and Parker area.
This transaction had many movable parts, and Sean Elliott, our team leader, did his usual excellent job of bringing it all together. There's another story here too.
The closing was scheduled for next week, but the buyer decided to move it up to today. All kinds of challenges come into play when a closing date changes, especially when it's moved up, and Sean has just left for a well-deserved short vacation. Christy Zemaier, one of our most experienced agents, was able to pick it right up and work a minor miracle with the help of Chicago Title. Their efforts made it possible for us to both close and fund today.
One big advantage of working on a team like ours is that there's always another experienced agent there to help, and they're happy to do so when needed. So congratulations to all.
