OK, I realize this is going to sound "braggy" but I'm so darn proud of our team accomplishments I have to bring it up. Of the 225 agents in our Keller Williams Allen office, six of the eight agents on our team are in the top 20% in gross commission income year to date.
Stephanie Fort, our first year agent made this list as did Jason Grisak, our second year agent. Christy Zemaier, always one of our top agents, will be on this list next month when some of her transactions close.
Why do I think this is so impressive?
- 71% of all active real estate agents nationwide never closed a single transaction last year, according to a survey by Redfin taken in February,
- 90% of new real estate agents are out of the business within two years.
Our agents are doing a great job in a tough and competitive business and challenging market. Our Keller Williams office is number one in Collin County in sales volume, and we're doing our part to keep that going. I'm immensely proud of all of the agents and administrators on our team and honored to be associated with them.
