Congratulations to Stephanie Fort for the great job she did on selling this beautiful home at 4909 Whisper, Parker, Tx. The home went under contract quickly at well over $1.4 million, but it did not meet the appraisal, so the buyer walked. When it was re-listed at $1.399, it went under contract again, and this time it met the appraisal. The challenge was that the home did not have a pool, and most homes in this price point do.
