During last night’s City of Lucas, Texas City Council meeting, the Council unanimously approved a 42-acre planned development at the intersection of Southview Drive and Parker Road. This project aligns seamlessly with the Lucas Comprehensive Plan and is expected to boost tax revenue while creating hundreds of new jobs for our community. Phase 1 of the development will include a Tom Thumb grocery store, a fueling station, and several sit-down restaurants.
