When I was in college, for some reason I remember a marketing course where we discussed the most popular words used when naming residential streets and apartment complexes.  One of those words was “Oak”.

This week we had three sales, a lot on Red Oak (which is in Oak Meadows), a home sale on Oak Brook, and another home sale on Oakwood Trail in Oakwood Estates.  By the way, all of these properties are in Fairview and Lucas, and all are within Lovejoy ISD.

SOLD

411 Oak Brook in Lucas.  The setting sold this home as much as the home itself.  Gorgeous 2 acre wooded creek lot, back yard privacy, cul-de-sac lot.  Listed at $749K.  Great job Erin!

SOLD

320 Oakwood Trail, Fairview priced at $799K.  Very nice home in Oakwood Estates, one of Fairview’s most popular and in-demand developments.  This was a tough negotiation and Lynda Roundtree did a fantastic job of keeping it all together.
