This Past Week Was Very Busy For Us – New Listings and Solds

This was a very busy week for us.  Here are our new listings and sales, and I’ll follow with another post on our listings going into title.

People sometimes ask if we sell homes outside of Allen, Fairview, Lucas, and Parker.  We absolutely do and have sold homes as far away as Lake Whitney.  We listed, professionally marketed, and sold the following two homes.  We built our company around estate homes, so it really doesn’t matter where they are.  We can get the job done for our sellers.

The following property just sold!  It has a small home of negligible value and was on 76 beautiful acres with farmland, creek, and trees.  This was a pleasant surprise as properties like this a little further out usually take some time to find the right buyer.  It went under contract very quickly and was listed at $470K.

Another “outlier property” also sold this week!  This Anna home is on 5.2 acres and was listed at $769K.

We’ve just posted the pictures on this very nice home with towering trees in Lucas with Plano ISD.  It has a beautiful pool, barn, and tank.  It will be on the MLS shortly and is listed at $799K.

Another Fairview home just listed!  We should have the pictures and on the MLS within two weeks, but call us if you’d like to get in earlier.  It backs up to Fairview’s 29 acre nature preserve with walking trail.  Three neighborhoods are linked by this trail, Thompson Springs, Parkside at Fairview, and Remington Park.  All are in Lovejoy ISD, one of the top rated school districts in all of Texas per the Texas Education Agency!  Just a few short minutes to shopping, entertainment and dining at Stacy Rd and 75 (Central Expressway).  The home is listed at $774,900

Another New Allen Listing – This beautiful Allen home with pool backs up to a greenbelt.  We don’t have pictures yet, but we can probably get someone in before it hits the MLS in a week or so.  The home is listed for $870K
