Here’s why I love living in Lucas. What a treat to enjoy this open land, farms, and ranches along with the animals that come with them like emu’s, dogs, guineas, roosters, cattle and of course horses. We saw these guys yesterday near our home. Then I had a business luncheon at Glorias Restaurant in Fairview. It took me 8 minutes to get there from where these pictures were taken. After lunch, I had to run out to Frisco. That only took 10 minutes to get to the intersection of SH 121 and Dallas Parkway. If you don’t know the Dallas area, Frisco is known for it’s shopping, fine restaurants, entertainment and it’s also Frisco Roughriders and Dallas Stars play. It’s also the new home of the Dallas Cowboys training camp. All that just 18 minutes away from this semi country living.
A lot of people say they want to get outside of the hustle and bustle of the city, but they don’t want long drives into all the conveniences. In fact, I’m one of those people. Living in Lucas has the best of two worlds, open land, nature, and very little traffic but we’re just minutes from 3 million SF of shopping, dining, and entertainment in both Allen and Fairview. Add to that the phenomenal Lovejoy School District, always selected as one of Texas’ best, and it’s the complete package.
If this is the lifestyle you’re looking for, we can help you find an existing home or lot to build your dream home. No-one knows Lucas and Fairview better. Just give us a call or email and we’d love to help.
