Our Four Promises to Sellers

Promise Number One

We will never intentionally overprice your home to “win” a listing knowing full well we can never sell it at that price. This comes down to basic honesty and integrity. We would rather walk away from a listing (and do so many times every year) rather than compromise our ethics and list a home at a price we know we cannot deliver. Our reputation is on the line every time we take a listing.

Promise Number Two

We will never intentionally underprice your home so we can make a quick sale at your expense. Again, it comes down to basic honesty and integrity. In the final analysis, all any Realtor really has is their reputation and we won’t tarnish that for a quick sale. We will justify our pricing with the best comparables we can find and then we’ll explain our rationale.

Promise Number Three

We will devote our time, resources, and expertise to make sure your home is showcased beautifully to the world! We’ll make sure it can be quickly and easily found by anyone locally, nationally, or on the other side of the world! We don’t have different levels of service based on the price of the home. We treat all of our listings with the exact same care.

Promise Number Four

We’ll keep you out of trouble! Once a listing is signed with any Realtor, you are joined at the hip with them. You’ll never have to worry about us compromising your situation. Our goal is not only to sell your home at the highest price possible, but also to make sure the buyer knows exactly what they are getting for their money.
