Why we take the time to re-shoot pictures in the Spring

How many times have you looked at a home in the middle of summer and seen pictures of the home in the winter?  You might be on Realtor.com, the MLS, or the agent's own website.  Do you ever wonder why those winter pictures are still there? 

If we list a home in the winter, we always take the time to do a complete re-shoot of the exterior of the home in the Spring.  We then upload the pictures all over again to Realtor.com, the MLS, and our own website.  Yes, this takes time, but this is what customer service is all about!
