Now that we've had some time to ourselves in our new home, I wanted to take a moment to let you know how appreciative we are of the great service and friendship we received from Tom Grisak Estate Homes.  We couldn't be happier with the home we bought and we owe a lot of our happiness to both Rob McIntosh and you.  Your top-notch professionalism, honesty, and friendliness provided us with a highly memorable real estate experience worth every future recommendation.  Among the multitude of benefits of using your services, the most important one was your honesty.  We sincerely appreciated your candor when it came to helping us decide on how to best move forward with an existing difficult situation capable of developing into a worse one.  Your guidance turned a really bad situation into one that ironically provided us with stability and freedom believe it or not.  It was your expertise of the area that served as the catalyst to making one of the best decisions in our lives.  And the confidence with the way you expressed your sincere feelings about what you would have done in our situation really helped us believe that we were doing the right thing when we decided to walk away from a very forgettable situation.  So we thank you for giving us that nudge in the right direction.  We will never look back because it was definitely the best thing we could have ever done!

To be honest with you, when we decided to move forward with Tom Grisak Estate Homes in pursuit of our first home in Texas, we didn't quite know what to expect simply because we were in an area of unknown territory and quite vulnerable.  But both my wife and I walked away from that initial meeting with you with a sincere feeling that we were in good hands.  We were quite impressed that you had someone (Rob) available that day to show us some houses in the area.  Again, we didn't know quite what to expect simply because we had already bought and sold a house in our old state, California, and we had some less than desirable experiences to say the least.  But the seamless transition between yourself and Rob was impressive not only because he already had the background knowledge on what we were looking for when we met up with him but his first impression was simply immaculate.  You immediately knew by his presentation, image, and professional demeanor that he was exactly the type of professional that you would want in your court when it came to a real estate transaction.  By our first meeting both my wife and I knew that we weren't working with any other company except Rob and Tom Grisak Estate Homes.  The partnership had been sealed.

Immediately, Rob's strong knowledge of the area proved to be extremely insightful and comforting not to mention quite amusing at times.  He was very pleasing to work with and it was obvious that he worked hard to stay on top of details and keep us abreast of the activity on the market.  Rob truly fits the mold perfectly of a trained and seasoned professional working hard for every penny.  His passion for his work, his integrity, his sense of pride, and his loyalty to his clients are a few of the many great qualities that truly sets him apart from the competition.

When it came to our abbreviated escrow schedule, our transaction was unquestionably smooth and your knowledge and experience as a company created a very pleasant and efficient environment.  Need I mention the word "efficient" again?  Your presence at the signing of the closing documents was very helpful and we appreciated the fact that you still had questions of your own for our benefit during that process to help educate us before we signed those dotted lines.  You truly are a professional, a gentleman, and we highly value our newly found friendship with yourself and everyone at Grisak Estate Homes.

April 22nd

Tom -

When we made the decision to move to  Lovejoy ISD, we  called your office and were referred to Rob McIntosh.  That ended up being such a blessing!  The first time I met with Rob he was very professional but friendly and easy to talk to.  We started our venture or adventure with Rob in September or October and he made sure to show us the wonderful areas all around Lucas and Fairview as we asked.  Rob always showed us what we asked for and in the price ranges we requested.  What a refreshing change from pushing houses that did not fit our needs etc.  He was patient and would only allow us to wait for that RIGHT house!! Never any pressure.

We sold our house quickly after the 1st of the year and had to purchase right away, but still Rob was calm and professional and always met our needs.  We love our new neighborhood and neighbors.  Everything totally worked out for the best and the closings all went smoothly with Rob there every step. 

We moved from across town where we had lived for 14 years, so this was a huge decision.  We have found that this area has truly lived up to every expectation that we had.  The Middle School/High School staff was so helpful and friendly and had our children's interest as well as ours a priority.  We are proud to call Lovejoy our new home and  Rob as a friend and business associate!!! After only one week here our children said they felt like they have lived here a long time and loved it!

What a great feeling as a parent.   We love Rob and still keep up with him and the birth of his new child.  We highly recommend Rob and your office is blessed to have him!
