Promise Number One
We will never overprice your home to "win" a listing. This comes down to basic honesty and integrity. We would rather walk away from a listing (and have done so many times) rather than compromise our ethics and list a home at a price we know we cannot deliver. Our reputation is on the line every time we take a listing with buyers and sellers alike. If those two sides lose confidence in our abilities to determine a fair value on a home, we are out of the business!
Promise Number Two
We will provide our sellers with a reasonable sale price expectation which we can stand behind. We will support that price using only sale comparables, not listed prices of other homes in the area. Using listed prices to determine a value on a home is like pricing a car based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
Promise Number Three
We will devote our time, resources, high energy, and tremendous marketing program to sell your home at the highest possible price the market will bear! We will make sure your home is showcased beautifully to the world and can be quickly found by anyone locally, nationally, or on the other side of the world!
