OK, so the Dallas/Ft. • Watters Creek  - A beautiful development with a lake and running stream.  With some snow on the ground, I'm not kidding.  You'd think you were in Vail the way they have designed the retail areas.  It has retail, restaurants, office, and townhomes.  It was developed in 2008

• Village of Allen - Here you will find the big box retail stores, but also some great restaurants, a neat little dog park and kids park, a hotel, and the Allen Event Center.
