Murphy City Council Agenda
Regular Meeting-November 7th, 2005
Public Comment
--Lawyer of Owner of Property on 544 Dublin
addressed the Council on a development issue. They would like to make it
more aesthetically pleasing and add landscaping, repave the parking lot,
install security lights and put brick on the $4,000 sq
ft bldg. He also wanted to know if the
City would allow them to use their utility company's since this development
was brought into the city.
Consent Agenda
1. Approval of the Minutes from the Regular
City Council Meeting of October 17th, 2005.
--Approved
2. Consider and/or act upon approval of a
Resolution ordering Atmos Energy to show cause regarding gas rates and to
submit a rate package by December 31, 2055.

3. Consider and/or act upon approval of an
Ordinance denying the request of Atmos Energy for a GRIP rate increase.
--Approved
4. Consider and/or act upon approval of a
Resolution authorizing the renewal of a loan agreement with American
National Bank for the purchase of the Incode Software purchased on October,
6, 2003.
