Allen's New Skate and Bike Park
In today's litigious society, how many cities have the fortitude to create a skate and dirt bike park for their kids? Allen saw the need and forged ahead! From the tremendous high school facilities to the many parks, this is such a progressive city with big visions!
I have no idea how much this park cost, but it is FIRST CLASS! There is no fee for use of the outside, lighted facilities (2 full size roller hockey arenas, a large dirt bike path, and two large skate board and bike areas). To go inside the building (for television, computer room, pool, ping pong, etc.), it is only $10 per year for Allen residents and $20 for non-residents of Allen.
