Owned by PF Chang Restaurants, Pei Wei is their faster food version. Same high quality food at a faster pace. This is really fabulous Chinese cuisine.
You can sit at the bar and watch their cooks (its an art), or they will bring your meal to you at the table. Everything we have ever tried there is delicious. The lettuce wrap appetizers are a meal in themselves and the Spring rolls are wonderful. Pei Wei has spoiled us. These days, we won't eat Chinese anywhere else.
PS - If you get there during rush hour, plan on a wait. We've seen it out the door. And don't try to jump out of line to hold your table, they watch them like a hawk. They will cordially ask you to wait in line for your table when you get your meal. It's that good!
